Data Integrity:
Personal data is only collected and processed to the extent necessary for the purposes described above. Bandarchian Law Firm updates, corrects and erases personal data on a regular basis. Bandarchian Law Firm will store and process your data only for the term of your retention of Bandarchian Law Firm and for a period thereafter reasonably determined by business necessity and our professional obligations to you or as may be required by law.
Security:
Bandarchian Law Firm takes all commercially reasonably steps consistent with industry practice to protect your personal data by using established security standards and procedures. To prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal data, each office in the Bandarchian Law Firm network has established physical, electronic and managerial security procedures appropriate to the risks represented and the nature of the personal data to be protected. Our operations are reviewed at least annually for compliance with this Privacy Policy. We communicate this Privacy Policy to all Bandarchian Law Firm personnel and train them as appropriate in implementing it. Bandarchian Law Firm personnel who depart from our Privacy Policy are subject to strict disciplinary measures, which may include termination of employment or association.
